I currently work in a care home (from October 2016) for the elderly and love it, but I'm looking to broaden my horizons and gain more experience in the field, I am comfortable to deal with personal care and to assist with meal times I also used to clean for my grandfather before he passed away and I enjoyed to chat to him, I enjoy the company of older people as I feel they have alot of wisdom and knowledge to share. I am currently in the process of gaining my nvq in health and social care.

I have previous experience working as a mental health support worker and these skills I learned in the role is very much adaptable to this role. I am a 23 year old student at Ulster University studying Social Policy. I am a very kind, loving and caring young person who loves to feel like I’ve made a difference on someone’s day.
