I am young, polite and a calming influence. I love spending time with the elderly and disabled. Listening, reading books aloud, poetry, even painting if they feel up to it. Accompanying trips whether to the hospital or out for coffee. Providing shopping, cooking occasional meals or gardening. Previous and current experience caring for my grandmother aged 92 including mobility problems and helping to manage her diabetes.

I am caring, patient and considerate. I have spent a great deal of time with older people within the local community and through the church. I enjoy working and being around them and understand that a kind face and someone who is willing to listen and help is important to all people especially as we get older. I am passionate and open minded and willing to put my skills into practise.
