Home help for seniors living in Ebbw Vale

I am a mother of three grown up children. I have a caring and helpful nature and would like to assist someone with day to day things they may find difficult. It maybe taking them to do the shopping or help in the house. Anything to make life easier and continue to be independent. Sarah
