I am a kind, dependable and friendly person and happy to spend some time with, reading/chatting or shop and cook (maybe batch cook and freeze) some meals for someone who is unable to manage it themself. As a confident and reliable young woman, my instincts have always been to help others if I can. In the past when my grandad was very ill, I helped him with eating and kept him company when I visited.
