Home help for seniors living in Houghton le Spring

I speak flutent English, Punjabi and Hindi. I would love to help an elderly person by cooking for them or just being their company. I feel every elderly person should have someone to talk to over a cup of tea. I have looked after my own grandparents, cooked for them and helped them with little chores. I have provided company so that they don't feel lonely. I would love to make someone's day!
