I have been a member of St John Ambulance since 2011 which has given me valuable experience in dealing with a great variety of situations and people. During this time with St John Ambulance I have completed my First Aid level 3 certificate and many other subjects. I have attended numerous duties helping members of the public who have become unwell at a variety of events including the London Marathon and the Remembrance Day Service at the Cenotaph in London. I am now a youth leader of a vibrant cadet unit and thoroughly enjoy all the challenges it brings.
Before my grandmother passed on I was her cleaner as she had bowel cancer and was doubly incontinent, unable to get around and thus sadly, incapable of household chores.
