Merran, cleaner in Scotland

I am a recent graduate of Psychology in which I received First Class Honours from the University of Glasgow. It is now my ambition to pursue a career working with children.

I have had jobs housekeeping for my family as well as babysitting and housekeeping, including watering plants for families with young children and dogs for a number of years. This involved cleaning and ironing to a high standard, as well as ensuring the children were engaging in safe play. I enjoy working to a high standard of cleanliness.

My volunteering in Dundee International Woman’s Centre crèche involved food preparation and cleaning. From working in a catering unit during festivals and my training as a Carer I had to adhere to high hygiene standards, therefore I have received training to achieve a high standard of hygiene during food preparation and cleaning.
