Lisa, cleaner - SS6 Rayleigh

I worked as a manager with Lisa at Kids Kingdom in Southend. If we were ever on shift together, I was her assistant manager. Lisa was always a hard working, trustworthy and conscientious member of staff, putting the customer and other staff needs before herself. She had a good rapport with staff (organising social events) as well as remaining professional. Many days at Kids Kingdom were very busy and Lisa was never afraid to support staff and to get stuck in where work needed to be done. She efficiently completed all safety checks before the doors were open to the public and used the strengths of her staff to ensure the day went as smoothly as possible. She always gave praise when it was due and professionally spoke to staff if standards weren't good enough. Lisa has been through a lot in her life and her determination, drive, hard work, sense of humour, commitment and honesty has got her through. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

An excellent member of staff , who has many capabilities enjoys a challenge and can work well individually or as part of a team. Lisa has many skills that are beyond a qualification such as , excellent time keeping, conscientious, professional, reliable and an asset to any company. I have no hesitation in recommending her for a position.
