Hi, My name is Maria . I am a student at Hanson Academy Sixth form where i currently study Biology, Chemistry and Maths. In September i will be moving to Askham Bryan College to study Animal Care and Management. I hoping to gain experience, knowledge and the understanding needed to care for animals.

I am reliable, hard working and eager to learn, i always give my best to any job. I have a caring and loving personality which i think is needed when working with animals and being around them.

My experience consists of having pets growing up. I have always had pets in my household from the age of 10. I have had fishes, cats, a hamster and two snakes; All of which are and have lived full n happy lives. I understand the effort and hard work it takes to care for any animal and always put their happiness/safety first. Having them as a child made me become more responsible as a person and i feel i possess the qualities needed to hopefully pursue a career with them in the future. I would love any opportunity to work with them as animals are my passion.
