I am a very active person and go to the gym regularly as well as run and swim as and when I can. I currently walk a Pomeranian Maltese mix most days. Cal, the dog is 18 months old and I am training him on walks, basic commands and manners as he has only mildly been taught these before. I also have my own dog that I walk daily which is very well trained.
