Hello, I'm Gemma, I'm 31 years old.
I have several years of childcare experience, although having my own dog I would consider taking care of animals as well.
I regularly walk my dog around an orchard near to home, so I am used to the exercise.
My dog is a cross breed, she's half Jack Russell and half Cavalier, she's about 5 years old now, only a small dog, but a loud bark.
I have had 2 German Shepherd dogs in the past. One was female, she lived until she was about 12 years old, and one was male, he lived until he was nearly 11 years old.
I had one cat several years ago, she lived until she was 16 years old.
I was with all of my animals until the end of their lives, they all had to be put down as they got so ill and were too old to be operated on. I was able to remain neutral in emotion and comforted them all right to the very end.
I have chosen the lowest wage as I am unsure which to chose. I have a lot of childcare experience although I do have my own dog which myself and my parents share responsibility of. I regularly walk her, so I am used to dog walking for that reason. I am looking for childcare work although I would consider looking after animals like a dog too.
