Hi my name is Melodie , I'm 16 years old and live in Corby. I have just finished secondary school and will be starting college in September. Animals are something I really love and I have lots experience in looking after them from the many pets, to the two animal rescue centres I volunteered at. Since I was small I have had 6 dogs, many fish, 3 cats and a hamster which I have cared for. Every day I walk my dog, feed all pets and make sure they are happy by interacting with them. While I worked at NANNAS i would start my morning by cleaning out the cats then move on to cleaning and interacting with the ferrets, rats etc. Then while I worked an Welli dogs I would walk and play with about 5 dogs everyday. Working with animals makes me feel really happy and is something I really do enjoy, however the only animals I couldn't work with would be spiders and snakes.
