My name is Lauren. I am 21 years old (22 next month). I live in the Kirklees area, I possess a car with a clean license and am willing to travel.
I have a National Diploma in animal management which I completed in 2012 with grades A*, A, A which I am very proud of.
I have always had a passion for all types of animals, hence why I chose to study them at college.
I have my own pets, including my dog Ozzy who I adore. I have previously volunteered at an animal sanctuary as well as volunteering at my college, looking after a wide variety of species including- dogs, cats, small mammals, fish, birds, amphibians and reptiles.
I have studied a lot of subjects including- animal handling, husbandry and grooming.
I have experience as a dog walker also.
I love being outdoors and keeping active. I enjoy gardening, reading, crafts and singing as well as many other activities.
I am currently learning British Sign Language as I love to develop skills which I believe betters me as a person.
I am down to earth and have a positive, enthusiastic attitude and I'm looking forward to finding the right family/families to work with!
