My name is Hermione I'm 18 and I like supporting people. In my free time I love to read, draw, paint and I enjoy nature walks. I take care of my older and younger family regularly. Once a week I go to visit my 90 year old grandad and I help him with household chores, outdoor chores and keeping him company for the day. Some treat the elderly in a patronising way which is something I aim to never do. They are adults and they should always have some autonomy when they are capable. I aim to support them how they want and need, whilst allowing them to do the things they can enjoy. My grandad loves it when I visit and I hate to think about those who don't have family that can visit regularly like I can. I want to be there for those people. Whether they need some help or would just appreciate the company.
