Hello!
My name is Stefani, I live in Manchester and work for Nurse Plus.
I am soon to be 19 years old and am working to achieve my dream of becoming a Family Support Worker. I'm gathering experience working with children and their families as a part-time role, however my full-time position is Health Care Assistant & Support Worker, working with elderly, disabled, brain and spine injury patients, mental health and learning disabilities, alcoholism and drug addicts as well as prisoners.
I am DBS checked with a completely clean criminal record and a clean driving license.
I am experienced in taking care of the elderly. I can provide services including housekeeping, cooking, feeding, help get dressed, shopping, taking care of pets, provide entertainment, help with any tasks, take the customers for a walk or meetings, family visits etc; and most importantly- enjoyable companionship.
I have passed a First Aid training as well as Health & Safety, Social Care & Health, Safeguarding and Medicine Administration, and possess a CPD Level 3 in Care and Support for the Elderly.
I'm a very friendly, positive person with passion for social care services, with clear intentions and honesty.
