Sophie, home help - BD18 Shipley

My name is Sophie , I am 22 years old and have recently moved to the Shipley area.

I am currently working in a private nursery in baildon, looking to work in the care sector with adults and the elderly who may have disabilities or specific needs. I do not have employment experience, however I have completed a short work placement in a residential home as part of my health and social care course in sixth form. I also have a great deal of experience in elderly care as I was a carer for my great grandma who suffered from dementia.

I also worked in a secondary school for two years whilst studying for a level 3 in childcare, working with children who had learning difficulties and disabilities.

I am a very caring and trustworthy person who is passionate about supporting others and improving quality of living for the people that I work with.
