I am Gemma i am 25 i have 2 sons who are 6&7 i have cared for and lived with my gran all/ most of my life i love spending time with her helping her with her house work, shopping and just being their to support her through her tough times.
i now stay in a house just across from my gran and still see her every day as she is not dependant on me any more because of recovering from her illness
