I take full responsibility with personal care for others, especially as I have previously proudly worked in two care homes receiving as much experience as I can. I have helped residents with dementia with their personal care throughout 12 hour shifts, therefore I am very confident with one-on-one care. I know I can retain a personal relationship with the individual and allow them to feel comfortable. I have had also personal experience with my grandparents, and I am flexible and willing to travel if needed.
