I have worked in the past with elderly gentlefolk, in the community, and in nursing homes, in an E.M.I. Unit working with people who have early onset dementia, and parkinsons. I have also worked in care homes and taken care of clients who have had strokes and various other duties with were call on to make the clients life as valued and dignified as you and I would like for our own families. Respecting there wishes and helping to keep them motivated as much as is comfortable for them , I have genuine kindness, and respect, and lots of patience, is to me very important,
