Hi my name is Lisa. I am a forty nine year old mother of two and grandmother of three.
For the last five years I have worked for Leonard Cheshire Disability supporting adults with every day tasks from personal care to shopping, social events, food preparation, domestic chores, administering medication and companionship.
I started as a support worker in 2012 as a support worker and worked my way up in the company to team leader.
I feel that my main quality is that I really do care and am passionate about what I do. I love to make a difference and see people happy.
I am honest, reliable, caring and empathetic with a good sense of humour and ability to use common sense approach.

Initially Lisa was employed as a support worker for my disabled adult daughter and latterly she managed my daughter's team of SW. She is hard work and conscientious. Her time keeping is excellent and she had hardly any time of work for sickness. She is caring and kind. She has excellent people skills. She communicates, listens and initiates plans and ideas with respect and commitment. For all these qualities I would highly recommend Lisa.
