Katie, home help in Buxton SK17

Hi there, my names Katie. I am 24 years old, originally from Essex but moved to the Peak District 3 years ago because I have always loved the area and the countryside.

I have 5 years experience in 2 nursing homes looking after elderly including people suffering with dementia. Also experience with individuals with mobility problems, wheelchair users, people who have had strokes, parkinsons, Huntington's and many others. Happy to help in all and any aspects that meet your needs. I'm friendly, would love to sit a have a cup of tea with you or just run around the house doing jobs and housework.

I have a NCQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
I have first aid training and others including Fire Safety, Moving and Handling, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Coshh.

I don't currently drive but am willing to travel via public transport and I am going to continue my driving lessons in the New Year (2020)
