Currently in my 3rd year of my Childhood Studies Degree at the University of Huddersfield I shall be graduating in July 2015. I am an organised and focused individual with a range of communication skills. My passion and energy lies alongside working with young individuals my aim is to benefit, support and encourage the young individuals by effectively demonstrating my wide range of communication and leadership skills throughout practice. The qualities I can offer are a critical understanding of practice for children and young people. In a previous placement I demonstrated my ability to work in a team effectively and as team leader to support my colleges during a task, my strengths lie in evaluating my performance to enhance the current range of skills I hold. I am able to provide leadership skills whilst meeting the needs of children and young individuals in the setting and these qualities have helped me along the way to make decisions and work swiftly under a pressurized situation.
