Hi, I would like to introduce myself to you.

I am Alison, mature, cheery, caring lady. With a gentle approach and nature. And the natural ability to empathise.

This is my care experience: I have been employed in care, for approximately 14 years. Caring for frail elderly, service users who have a dementia, and vulnerable adults who have a learning disability.

Typical care environments: nursing home, dementia care unit, supporting vulnerable adults within in their home, one to one support within the home, and day centre.

Qualification/s: Health and social care, (s.v.q), up to date first aid.
Have other relevant qualifications relating to
care posts. Including Protection of Vulnerable
Groups; ( P.V.G). Document.

Additional: studied an Introduction to Psychology.
Qualified Reiki Practitioner.

As i have good transferable working skills, i am able to help you with: Personal care needs, meals, companionship, making appointments, prompting medication, a little shopping and light household duties.

I also love animals, and keep pets of my own. If you required a little help with a pet/s.I could: walk your dog, feed pet/s, clean
cage or make veterinary appointment for you pet/s.

My interests: I love the great out doors and a keen walker, love all animals, like having nice meals out with my friends, and good company, i enjoy a good chat, very creative, drawing, interested in interior design. I enjoy days a way in the country, like the peaceful environment assosiated with outings. I enjoy helping others, where making a difference to their lives.
