Hi! My name is Lydia, I am based in east Leeds, looking for part time work. I am available for an immediate start and offer a trial shift for a reduced rate.

I offer support with day-to-day admin, as well as shopping and cleaning. If you require a difference service such as driving please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate this too. My DBS check and references are available on request.

Whilst I don't have any formal care work qualifications, my work as an adapted exercise instructor means I often work in care homes or with older adults in their own house. I have supported clients with conditions such as Alzheimer's and Dementia to stay active by teaching chair-based exercise routines. This can be booked as a separate service and is charged at £25 for 30 minutes.
