Lilli, home help in Pen-y-fai CF31

My name is lilli-may, I'm 14 years of age and I offer company to the elderly and I can cook simple foods, i would clean the whole house for the person to be comfortable and I'm willing to help with the shopping, in advance take a list and shop for any foods and drinks the person needs, I am able to do a little first aid and I'm also able to help the elderly do a small, simple workout if they are bored and want to try and get their minds off things!!
