My name is Hannah I am 20 years old and i live at home with my parents

I looked after my grandad when he was not very well and he was in and out of hospital. I have also looked after my Nan when she has been to hospital and doctors appointments. I have helped them both get in the shower and bath, I have cooked for them both, got them both dressed, took them for walks, read books to them, helped them with their mobility to get around,
