Jessica, home help in Rubery B45

Hi I'm Jessica and I am 19 years old.
I have not got experience with elderly people as sadly my grandparents passed away when I was very young. When I am out and about elderly people do tend to start conversations with me as I am described as very friendly and approachable. I am a very good listener and like to get to know people. I feel very strongly about making other people feel happy within themselves, I also like to help people as much as I can. I have a 2 year old daughter who catches a lot of attention from elderly people the most as she has bright red hair and bright blue eyes. She would usually be with me at all times except the 2 days she is at nursery but she is the best company and puts a smile on everyone's face.
