Sophie, home help in Senghenydd CF83

Hello, I'm Sophie Birkinshaw, I'm 17 currently, I'll be 18 in 2017. I've been around adults and the elderly my entire life, and I'm qualified in childcare and hairdressing. However I would love to help out wherever I can and hear some ne, w stories, when I was younger my dad always told me about the broken Caerphilly castle and stories like that, to this day in still interested, I love history and I love listening to and telling stories. Anyway I'll get back to my experience and qualities, towards the end of my nans life she struggled to walk and she always had to sit on a rubber ring, so every morning with the help of my bamp, we would take my nan into the living room and sit her on her chair, it was one of the special chairs that helped you stand afterwards. Then my bamp would make her a cup of tea and breakfast while I put on the tv for her, then id collect the breakfast and bring it in for my nan. Throughout the day we would play board games to pass the time as she couldn't really move much, I'd help her to the bathroom and help her change into clean clothes when it was too late. At her funeral when I was 12, I helped mu mother dress her and put on some nice jewellery, then after the woman put on the special makeup I put a little eye shadow, blush and lip gloss just to make her look more like herself. I also plaited her hair one last time.
