I have lots of professional and personal exerience in all types of care giving and social support. I am a very hard working and understanding person with a real eagerness to provide excellent person centred service to vulnerable people and their families. I am naturally caring and empathetic with respect for individual needs and choices. I am aware of te effects that elderly people and people with disabilities face and am passionate about supporting them to reach their full potential and to achieve their personal goals.
I am easy going, have a good sense of humour and am honest, reliable, a good listener and able to work under pressure. I am forward thinking and enjoy a challenge. Nothing shocks or phases me and I am always keen to go that extra mile.
