I have worked in care and also in mental health - my role was of an Adviser but also offered Support Time Recovery services. I have looked after older people in my area providing care and support. I enjoy the company of older people. I have access to a vehicle and can pick up shopping, cook, clean, read, offer creative support, I can also offer help with files and administration, bills, paperwork as I also worked in an administrative capacity and also a the Citizens Advice Bureau. I think stimulation, fun and a sense of humour are vitally important.
