I am a gentle and peaceful but also can be a chatty person who is a natural carer. I have been brought up caring for my family - Mother, Grandparents and looking after some of the older generation in the church I used to attend.

I love to help support and encourage those in their golden years to be able to live out a life that is still as fulfilling even if they require extra help in their everyday lives.

I have so much respect of the Older generation - they have lived in a time very different to the 21st century and I love hearing about their life when they were younger - what they did for work, who they became etc.
