Rosie, home help in Whitefield M45

hello,
my name is Rosie and I am 20 years old. I frequently care for my 90 year old grandmother and especially helped her 2 years ago when not only did she brake her leg but lost my granddad as well. she needed me to help her to the toilet, clean her house, do her shopping and prepare meals and still does occasionally. since my granddad passing she has grown increasing lonely as she lives alone so I visit her 3 times a week where I watch TV with her, take her to bingo, knit with her, help her go shopping and talk to her about whatever she wants with her. I really enjoy the activities I do with my grandmother and would really like to offer someone else my company as I would genuinely enjoy it. although young I have lived on my own for 4 years so understand how to clean a household and do the shopping.
