Prices may vary depending on the exact job description, but I would definitely charge less for more hours.
For example, if you hire me for 5 hours, the 6th will be half price, and the 8th will be free.
If you need me often, but for short periods of time, we could work put a payment plan that is more fair, so that you get the most out of me.
