I have had experience in helping people with duties around their homes both professionally and on a voluntary basis.

I have worked as a nanny, which includes taking on household tasks including cooking for others, hoovering, general tidying up and laundry.

In regards to shopping, I often help my mother with her shopping and a friend who is a wheelchair user. This includes helping get items down from the shelves and holding the basket/ pushing the trolley/ carrying bags.

My gardening experience includes, digging up a flower bed, cutting the grass, trimming hedges and general tidying up within the garden.
