Sammi, lessons English in Gunn EX32

Hello, I'm Sammi.

From a young age I always knew I wanted to be part of helping children grow into unique individuals. I have always been passionate about gaining knowledge and learning from others to better myself. I pride myself in being a confident professional, and I have been very lucky in my career so far to have worked with many other professionals, who have challenged my thinking and enabled me to reflect. I have enjoyed working with SENCO as this interests and inspires me, and I have also appreciated working with other multi agencies including Speech and Language and Health Visitors to apply effective learning for the children I worked with. Early Years will always have my heart, it’s where my career started, however to further my career I have chosen to leave my position at Orchard Vale School, which I loved but I also wanted to continue to learn and progress in my chosen field. I have just completed my degree in Teaching and Learning and I feel I have gained a lot of knowledge that will help me in many different aspects of education.

I have also just gained my GA Level 3 Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) (i-to-i). I am currently teaching English in Thailand and will be back in the UK in November.
