Offering the following additional House Sit Services:
Batch cooking,
Shopping,
Ironing,
Hoovering,
A Top n Tail clean prior to your return.
A meal prepared for your return.
Up to 2 cats. (no dogs sorry)
Small Painting tasks. Inside or Out (weather & time permitting)
Discussed & agreed a minimum of 10 days prior to day 1 of the booking.
In writing as a simple clear Agreement signed by both parties.

My Usual 1 off day(s) rate =25 GBP pr hour.
FOR Jan & Feb at Half price whole weekend
Basic & usual Rates for House Sits = Saturday & Sunday 250 GBP or Friday to Monday =450 GBP. (incl live in for the duration)
Minimum 4hrs/charge 100GBP.
Typical hours in a a 1 day sit (incl an overnight stay = 8 hours
House Sits (no dogs sorry. Cats, short haired only. Max of 2: I fee, my minimum charge apply.
Discussed & agreed in detail. A written Agrement presented & signed no later than 10 days prior to 1st day of the booking.
