My name is Teresita and I have moved recently from Italy to UK.
I have experience of taking care people in difficulties and disabilities. My most recent experience was taking care a group of blind people and a group with autism. This experience gave me the opportunity to understand their needs and how tailor them to every individual. I am capable of administrate medicines and help with the personal care of them. I enhanced a Health and Safety Certificate and I have been taught as First Aid practitioner.
As I am bilingual and coming from other country this helps me to be more empathetic and patient with people which I think it is a really important skill to be able to listen and communicate with elderly people or people with disabilities.
I consider myself responsible and committed to be able to work in this kind of environment.
