My name is Sophie, 19, and I moved to Liverpool in September from my family home in Milton Keynes.

I am currently studying Primary Education at Liverpool John Moores University and am in my first year.

I have a passion for teaching and taking care of children and that is why I have chosen this career path. I have always wanted to become a Primary School teacher and am well on the way now to achieving this goal.

Maths was always my favourite subject at school as I was inspired by my favourite teacher and I would like to encourage others to fall in love with maths and enjoy it as much as I do.
