I have been a professional musician for 36 years. Started as a chorister at St Paul’s Cathedral, then went onto music scholarships, a degree at York university and a post graduate diploma at the Guildhall. I have worked in pop bands, have conducted and written for orchestras and choirs, have arranged music for TV and worked with some of the worlds leading performers. However I really enjoy working with and teaching young people, and currently musical director of Young Voices. Sadly due to the pandemic we are not performing this year so I need to find music teaching work. I teach piano to grade 6/7, guitar and bass to intermediate and singing to advanced. I am also passionate about music theory and would be happy to give lessons in that too. I have taught many lessons over internet connection.
