I have studied a degree in Music and tailored my studies to work around music and health, specifically mindfulness ad meditation within music and the way individuals with autism process music. I am very knowledgeable in Contemporary Music, Theory, and Performance when it comes to the Bass Guitar - these skills also apply to other contemporary/band instruments at a lower level.
My playing experience is vast and my specific area of skill would be in improvisation, and melodic playing of the Bass Guitar.
I have taught bass on and off for 4 years.
Beyond music I have a keen interest in travelling, complementary therapy and meditation, studying various course around these topics with the most relevant being Healing and Vibrational Medicine, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
