I am a former registered nurse who has many years experience in all aspects of senior care, including dementia.

I am reliable and calm. I understand as a professional the importance of preserving dignity and a safe environment that facilitates independence and choice whenever possible.

I also have been the carer of a parent that needed dementia and medical end of life support in the home environment. Thus, I have empathy with the family and the senior that helps with communication and understanding.

I also have provided supportive home medical assistance involving medication, care planning, dressing, mobility and activities of daily living. I help promote cognitive function and mental health with social interaction and planned activities.

Light housekeeping a meal assistance can be included.
