I worked with adults with mental health problems, dementia, Alzheimer's, physical disabilities, terminal illnesses, mobility problems and other health conditions. The care, support and assistance I provided included personal care, meeting nutritional needs from cooking and feeding, peg feed, medication, domestic duties and social activities
