I am a qualified carer holding an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care with 4 years professional experience. I worked with vulnerable adults, providing care and support as they lived independently in their own home or in residential settings. I worked with adults with mental health problems, dementia, Alzheimer's, physical disabilities, terminal illnesses, mobility problems and other health conditions. The care, support and assistance I provided included personal care, meeting nutritional needs from cooking and feeding, peg feed, medication, domestic duties and social activities
