Where i workred in Repite Care with Tower Hamlets Council working has a Social Care Worker
Working within clients homes who had disabilities such had visually impaired, physically disabled, Special Educational needs. These clients where both adults and children
I would arrive at the clients homes and assist with escorting the clients to shopping, social activities, medical appointments
Check the clients welfare
Depending on what the client needed i would aid
Each time i would write daily reports and assit clients with form filling , D.S.S inquiries and made appointments for clients for Hairdressers, Doctors, and Dentists
Each time i used excellent communication skills to communicate with clients and professional & writing skills to write reports and use for Applications form filling
My qualities is i am caring, reliable, creative have excellent communication skills when talking that makes me a excellent listener
I gain an National Vocational Qualifications in Health Care Level 2 & 3
