Karmelle, senior assistant in Margate

I am Karmelle, 27 years old and have a family of my own. I am qualified in First aid, Manual handling, SOVA, Safe handling of Medicines and various others that may apply. I have 2 years experience with elderly mental health, disabilities, drug misuse and end of life care. I have been a support worker and a health care assistant in previous roles. I will always ensure my clients have person centered care at all times and I will always explain the task I am doing with them. I have always got time to communicate effectively with them as I feel that communication is very important. I have a warm and friendly approach and good time keeping skills as well as general day to day skills such as housekeeping and cooking. I am very understanding and accepting. As well as work based experience I also have personal life experience with young people to elderly family members. I have numerous certificates.
