My name is Ellen and I am 18 years old. I am currently at university where I am studying Adult Nursing BSc. I have a lot of experience in caring for the elderly, which began in completeing a voluntary placement whilst I was in school at a local residential care home. I have recently just finished a 3 month placement at a local hospital on an elderly medical ward, which was part of my university course. Through my time there I learnt so much about how to both physically and emotionally care for the elderly.
