I'm Erin, I love to listen and play music in my spare time as a way of keeping myself relaxed and happy.

I have experience in customer service, sales assistant, catering assistant and business administration due to work trial/experience and previous jobs.

I love to help others during flexible times. I'm a confident but pleasant young lady which I like to share with others. Helping other people makes me feel good about myself.

I can provide many help to the elderly as I'm a very good listener, I'm talkative and very helpful to friends and family of my own. I'd love to help the elderly the best of my ability.

My main qualities are that I have excellent communication skills, I developed these during my work experience at Jantex by making ingoing and outgoing phone calls to new/old customers.
I have good customer service skills, I've developed them from my previous job at a local fish and chip shop, helping prepare food, money handling and giving customers the best customer service experience possible.
