my name is Mrs Francoise . with the sitters agency i have been involved with over 600 families and have 36 great reviews. I am a experience carer for many years. I like helping and offering companionship sittings also .love pets . My qualities are kindness , compassionate , open , flexibility .My experiences have being in working in a care home for 5 years to achieve my qualifications and skills . Then i also was a carer and also one to one with a lady with early stages of dementia in her home nights , then a lady with special needs , and my elderly neighbor .I stay with the lady with dementia for 3 years . And the other lady on and off for about 10 years . I like walking , writing , communicating, listening , serving .I have my qualifications qcf or nvq level 2 in social and healthcare and willing to improve and learn.
