I am a 19 year old student studying Education, Childhood and Culture at the University of Sheffield and am hoping to gain experience and earn some extra money for when I return next term. For several years, I cared for my grandfather who had dementia and trouble with mobility. I also cared for my grandmother who had terminal cancer. I feel that I am a caring and resillent person who throughly enjoys working with elderly people as I find most of them to be interesting. I volunteered at an elderly peoples home for several months and found the experience to be throughly enjoyable and rewarding as I built close bonds with the residents. I am punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
