My experience in the elderly care sector is vast, I have cared for both my grandparents, and my disabled uncle who was stabbed 19 times. My grandparents care consisted of shopping, preparing meals, cleaning, gardening etc so all of this, I can do. Caring for my uncle required a different approach as he was physically, and somewhat mentally disabled. He found it difficult to speak and get his words across properly, so we created a system of pictures for him to point to so he could show us what he needed/wanted.
