Im aged 17 and currently live in Leith with my mum.
My future aspirations are to open my own nursary. I attended St Georges School for girls, through out all school years and left at the end of my GCSE examinations.
Im known to have a very bubbly character, i have lots of energy and love to be kept on my feet.
Im looking for work experiance.  
In my spear time i attend Boxing and spining classes.
Hoping to have my drivers liecence by May.

ChefAmicus apple - EdinburghOctober 2014 to November 2014Responsibilities This was a week work experiance given by the princes trust "Get into cooking" course that i attened and completed.   My role included: Washing dishes Helping prep in the morning  Clearing away Reading out and checking orders  Cooking   Accomplishments I feel i accomplished alot by experiancing working in a kitchen as i felt very nervous my first day and didnt understand how there kitchen rota worked. I found this very hard as i wasnt given full instuctions and found myself confused on what to do. After my first day i got myself involved more and asked many questions to help me understand the kitchen better. I was proud of myself as only 2 days later, it felt like i knew my way round the kitchen and got on great with the team members. This work experiance really boost my confidence to ask questions when i didnt understand the task given, this enabled me to improve my skills.   Skills Used Knife skills  Cooking skills Co-operation
